“DULKAN” boats are made from high-strength multi-layer (5-plies) reinforced PVC material VALMEX of German Company MEHLER TEHNOLOGIES. The material is a layer of synthetic fabric (polyester) with 2-sided coating of polyvinyl chloride layers, interconnected by special adhesive composition.

The dense weave of the base layer provides the material with high strength and resistance to cuts and punctures. The layers of PVC provide the airtightness of material. Plasticizing agent makes the material to be elastic, which is important for folding and unfolding the boat, especially at low temperatures.

The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salt water, fuels and oils.

Accessories offered by us are purchased from two leading Italian companies Scoprega and Ceredi. The design and beauty certainly put them on the first place among the other companies. From the very beginning of our activity, we decided not to strive to sell the cheapest products, but to offer though expensive, but qualified and reliable materials, accessories and components.

Flooring and transom of “DULKAN” boats are made of waterproof plywood. Each section of the deck is framed around the perimeter with aluminium structure that provides ease of assembly / disassembly of the flooring and its high strength. The increased longitudinal rigidity of the deck is achieved by applying additional force of longitudinal profiles (stringers). Water-resistant plywood has a rough surface, which completely eliminates sliding on sole. It is indicative with high wear resistance. The surface is resistant to moisture and chemicals, easy to clean. Plywood is safe for human health and the environment, can be treated easily.

All joints (transverse or longitudinal) for accessories are carried according to unique hot gluing technology, using glue, produced by the French Company BOSTIK.
